COMMUNITY PARTNERS
AFFORDABLE Auto Pros helps local organizations within our community to generate easy funds in a unique way to fund their programs. We like seeing success in our community and we understand what it means to come alongside of others in making a difference! One of the ways we help others succeed is by partnering with those in our community that are Not for Profit and who are giving back to our local community, or need the help of financial support. Affordable Auto Pro’s does reserve the right to approve or deny programs based on the reason for the Not for Profit or what the Not for Profit promotes or supports.
We understand that Not for Profits many times have to raise funds to support their ministries or organizations, we hope to be one more resource for our partners that allows them to do very little while having a very large return!
AFFORDABLE Auto Pros will give back 10% of all repairs to its partners on a monthly basis through the form of a check to the Not for Profit for anyone who picks them as their designated partner.
Everyone needs automotive repairs or maintenance so why not go to a location that will put money back into your organization just for you simply partnering with them?
How Does a Partnership Work? Once approved by AFFORDABLE Auto Pros to be a Community Partner the partner may start encouraging their contacts to visit one of Affordable Auto Pros locations. As the contact enters into Affordable Auto Pros they will notify them that they are part of the organization and want their Community Partner Dollars to go to the designated organization.
AFFORDABLE Auto Pros will track all community dollars and will send out weekly reports that allow the organization to know who has visited and the weekly amount that has been built up toward their monthly community partner dollars to be issued in the form of a check.
It really is just that simple!! As a partner you encourage your contacts to come and AFFORDABLE Auto Pros sends you a check!
COMMUNITY PARTNERS AGREEMENT
Below you will find a guideline for your type of organization and what would be part of your partnership program agreement.

Colleges and Schools: As a partner, each college or school would promote to their contacts the opportunity to receive funds back through the partnership agreement. The school or College would be willing to place AFFORDABLE Auto Pros banners “Paid for by AAP” at sporting events on the field or in other locations where events may be held. The school or college would also announce AAP from the loud speaker during live games.

Religious Organizations: As a partner each ministry would promote to their contacts the ability to raise funds through using one of AFFORDABLE Auto Pros locations. This may be done through email, phone calls or newsletters.

Amateur Youth Sports: As a partner the league/organization would promote to its contacts the ability to raise funds through this partnership. The league or organization would be willing to put up AAP banners supplied by AAP at all sporting events as well as announce AAP from the sound booth during live games.

Testing for Public Safety/Health: As a partner they would promote to their contacts the ability to raise funds through using one of AFFORDABLE Auto Pros locations. This may be done through email, phone calls or newsletters.

Animals/Pets: As a partner each they would promote to their contacts the ability to raise funds through using one of AFFORDABLE Auto Pros locations. This may be done through email, phone calls or newsletters.
